Adds an enemy version of Robot to the IDPD forces!

The disposal unit is a peaceful sweeper-bot, designed to clean up waste. It roams the battlefield, sucking up any radiation, as well as grabbing any ammo or health packs off the ground. Boasting semi-high health, this scavenger drains your resources, making it a high-priority target.

1/10th chance to spawn with IDPD grunts on any loop.
